It’s the perfect time after Summer’s long days and night’s and before Winter’s rest and the chaos of the Festive season, to take pause and connect with yourself and a community of other women who are all on their own journey’s but want to replenish themselves in some way.

This day doesn’t need you to bring anything, other than how you are feeling that day. However, although things are provided, you may feel more comfortable bringing blankets, layers or cushions from home to help you create your nest/space for the day. The cost is £70 for the whole day including lunch, snacks, teas and coffee. Payment plans are available, just pop me a message.
When and Where?
On Sunday 6th October we will gather for an 11am start at The Field of Healing, Bythorn PE28 OQR. The event will have the indoor space of a large yurt, which is where we will spend most of our time in front of the cosy wood burning stove. We will also use the outside space for a fire, reflection and dancing. After a day of nourishing practices, food and ceremonial release it will be time to make our way home at 4pm.
Why?
As women it is so important to connect back to our inner knowing, finding true sanctuary in the spirit of other women , connected ritual and learning. This is why this space chose itself for you. It is the most sacred, healing space and is so private and relaxing for you to completely surrender to what is true for you at that moment in time and to be open to seeing things with more clarity and awareness.
What to Expect?
We will use tools like guided meditation, music and breathing to achieve a state of complete relaxation and allow ourselves to be transported to a place of healing. There will be time for reflection at various stages during the day. Our bodies will be nourished with beautiful nourishing food and we will have free time to be alone or connect with others and finally we will use powerful ceremony to release anything that no longer serves us for our greatest good.
How Will I Feel?
This day will allow you to revive the mind and body, ready for the challenges of everyday life. To release any unwanted patterns of behaviour, emotions and ultimately renew your vitality. Women have reported ‘floating on air’, ‘so chilled that nothing matters’ and ‘ can we do it again next week’ .The aim of the day is to essentially give you what you need to unwind, refresh and completely relax.
